ROLES & RESPONSIBILITIES
- Should be an individual contributor
- Does regular follow ups
- Generate and close leads for self and for the team.
- Take client calls and close business deals individually.
- Develop a growth strategy focused both on new business generation and customer satisfaction
- Conduct research to identify new markets and needs
- Promote the company’s products/services, addressing or predicting clients’ objectives
- Build long-term relationships with new and existing clients.
Requirements:
- Proven working experience as a business development manager in IT Software firm.
- Proficiency in MS Office and CRM software.
- Excellent English communication and negotiation skills
- Time management and planning skills
- Comfortable in night shifts (US shift).
- Should have a keen interest in IT products and services.
- Should understand the IT industry and current trends and practices.
- Should be a thought leader to provide informed and useful suggestions to prospects.
- Should be able to comprehend a vague requirement and frame it into a quantified requirement.
- Should have very good negotiation skills to negotiate not only on price but also on ideas, suggestions, and rebuttals.
- Should have good general knowledge to connect with prospects and establish connections.
- Should be highly driven by targets.
