Shift timings: 6 pm to 3 am/5pm to 2am

Experience: 1 – 4 yrs.

ROLES & RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Should be an individual contributor
  • Does regular follow ups
  • Generate and close leads for self and for the team.
  • Take client calls and close business deals individually.
  • Develop a growth strategy focused both on new business generation and customer satisfaction
  • Conduct research to identify new markets and needs
  • Promote the company’s products/services, addressing or predicting clients’ objectives
  • Build long-term relationships with new and existing clients.

 

Requirements:

  • Proven working experience as a business development manager in IT Software firm.
  • Proficiency in MS Office and CRM software.
  • Excellent English communication and negotiation skills
  • Time management and planning skills
  • Comfortable in night shifts (US shift).
  • Should have a keen interest in IT products and services.
  • Should understand the IT industry and current trends and practices.
  • Should be a thought leader to provide informed and useful suggestions to prospects.
  • Should be able to comprehend a vague requirement and frame it into a quantified requirement.
  • Should have very good negotiation skills to negotiate not only on price but also on ideas, suggestions, and rebuttals.
  • Should have good general knowledge to connect with prospects and establish connections.
  • Should be highly driven by targets.
