Responsibilities:
- Utilize various sourcing methods, including job boards, social media, and networking events, to identify and attract qualified IT candidates.
- Build and maintain a strong pipeline of potential candidates for current and future job openings.
- Conduct thorough interviews and assessments to evaluate candidate qualifications, technical skills, and cultural fit.
- Ensure that candidates presented to clients meet the specified job requirements.
- Collaborate with clients to understand their IT staffing needs and requirements.
- Provide regular updates on candidate submissions, interviews, and status.
- Write and post compelling job descriptions on various platforms to attract suitable candidates.
- Create and maintain a strong online presence to enhance recruitment efforts.
- Facilitate salary negotiations between clients and candidates.
- Ensure a smooth transition from offer acceptance to onboarding.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date candidate and client records in the applicant tracking system (ATS).
- Ensure compliance with all relevant employment laws and regulations.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business, or a related field.
- Proven experience as a US IT Recruiter (1 year or more).
- Strong knowledge of IT technologies and terminology.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
